I think the executive orders were a necessary brake to the ludicrousness going on in the government. Obviously, I would prefer these things to be done by the Legislature but they’re so slow that the Democrats could mount an effective resistance to Trump’s policies like what occurred in his first term. Until Congress actually does its job to right the ship these executive orders should keep coming until they get the message
One thing I wasn’t able to include is the snowballing effect of EOs. So many of Trump’s EOs are reversing Biden EOs so the overall numbers are bound to only go up as both sides rescind and then enact their own. I actually agree that a lot of the overturning of Biden era policies are really good but I want so desperately for Congress to take back the power it abdicated decades ago

Hopefully some progress will be made this year with Republicans having control of Congress and the White House.
